Login/Logout options

Here are a few improvements for the version 9.X.X

1) If options “No Guest Posting” and “WP Login Link” are selected, the login page is displaying only a text “Click here to login” that has to be click to get to the WP Login page. Could you make it that, if these 2 options are set, it goes direcly to the WP Login page.

2) Also when using “WP Login Link”, please add the redirection link to go to the Support page after login.

3) Could there be a third options in “Default login” by which you do not control the login. This could be usefull for site that use Member Plugin (like Ultimate Member) that control both the login process and page access.

4) Could we have an option to completely remove the “User/Login/Logout” from the top of page. This is particularly useless to have this “User/Login/Logout” when in integrated version but coul also be usefull in Full version.
