Hello @vlohar08
I’m afraid that this has nothing to do with how the theme was developed. It is entirely related to how the caching system has been configured, as if too many options are turned on at once, it can work against you. This is not exclusive to Blocksy and would happen with any other theme as long as you’re converting their dynamic modules into static ones.
I would recommend checking out the set of options and starting small, working your way up until you find a balance between functionality and optimisation. That should get you more consistent results. There’s also this article – https://creativethemes.com/blocksy/docs/troubleshooting/the-case-of-over-optimising-your-website/ – that should show you some basic settings for the main Blocksy theme.
Hope these tips help!
Thank you.
Hi, I don’t think that Cache or CDN is a issue here.
I disabled both the LiteSpeed cache and Cloudflare on my website. I tried login again but got the same issue. After clicking on login the account modal is not updated untill hard refresh. This is not a good user experience.
For your testing, I will keep the plugin and CDN disabled. Please respond ASAP. Thank you:)

Hello @vlohar08
The easiest way to fully verify this is to isolate the site on a super clean server and test it there. We can do that for you if you’d like, but we would need a snapshot of it using this plugin – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/
Do you think you could provide one?
Thanks.
Sure, I can share it with you. Please guide me how to share it privately.
Hi @vlohar08
Upload it somewhere online, such as wetransfer.com and send it to us via our website here – https://creativethemes.com/blocksy/support/.
Thank you!
Hello @vlohar08
I can fully confirm that one of your caching solutions is working in overdrive mode, caching things in a bad way.
Please see this video – https://streamable.com/wzgbfm. Notice that on a clean setup, everything works correctly.
I would highly recommend to try and refactor your setup. Running more than one caching solution on the site can have adverse effects.
Hope this clears things up!
Thanks.
Okay, I don’t have cache or any optimization enabled.
When I tried with Disable Cache Inspect Mode, the UI was updated properly. Anyway. I will try to fix it. And If I find something then I will update this thread. Thanks:)
You’re welcome, @vlohar08 π
Let me know how it goes.
The WP Super Cloudflare Cache Plugin was the issue. Please disable it and use the Litespeed CDN Option to interact with Cloudflare.
Thanks for confirming everything is OK now, @vlohar08. Indeed, we recommend configuring only one solution so that they do not clash with one another. π
Take care.
