Login not working

Hi,

I’ve a problem with chapta in the login page.
I’ve changed its url for security reason so I’d like to send it privately if possible.
It ask to solve a calculation but it doesn’t accept the result, tried several times.
No cached plugin here as well.
Once renamed the plugin folder, so deactivating it, I’m able to login correctly.

thanks for the fast reply. I don’t have woocommerce in my site and I’m having the problem in the login page, having an example:
http://example.com/wp-admin

Hi, can you deactivate all of your other plugins and then carry out a test? If that does not work can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Sixteen or Seventeen.

I’ve deactivated all plugins and installed Twenty Seventeen. No improvements, same problem here.

When you checked the above, did you also clear your browser cache? Is your server using some sort of caching system?

I’ve cleared browser caches and tried in incognito mode too, no caches on my server as well.

What type of login page is the one you are having issues with?
Is it the standard WordPress wp-login.php page?

Hi,

as said in a previous message is the wp-admin page

http://example.com/wp-admin

But, always as already said I’ve changed it thanks to your plugin in other url like

http://example.com/other-url

I am basically facing the same problem as described by @doctor-doubledrop. Everytime i try to login through the login form on the custom login page i get the “ERROR: Your answer was incorrect – please try again.”-message.

I managed to narrow it down to plugin incompatibilities (yes in the plural). Unfortunately, if i active one of these plugins:

I run everything in the newest version.

Tomorrow I’ll try to remove the actual plugin folder and I’ll reinstall the new version, I think I’ll must re set everything but ok, let’s try.

Hi! I’m having a similar problem. I had to deactivate the AIOWPS plugin for my site so that I can log into my page. With the plugin active, I keep getting the login screen and it never advances (no error message provided). When the plugin is disabled, I have no problems otherwise using my WP site.
Any ideas?

Hello,

I’ve deleted the plugin.
Installed the last update.
deactivated all the other plugins and activated the defaul wp theme as before.
No improvements here
