Login not working

    Hello @kobireed,

    Can you clear your cache and try again ?

    1. I’ve tested with Safari from my phone and it works correctly. I get sent to the lepave page.

    2. I tested this with Chrome on your website and it works correctly.

    I have 20 current subscribers who all say they are unable to get it to work on Safari and Firefox. I am at a loss on why they aren’t able to get in. The recaptcha is just not working for them on a PC. It just keeps spinning. and on Safari the site just redirects back to the Login page. Is there any other tricks you can recommend for me? Is there a way to force clear the cache in the backend for all users?

    Are you getting these errors also ?

    You don’t seem to use a cache mechanism on your website, so I believe this should be related to their browser. What type of hosting do you have ? Maybe it provides one directly ?

    Have you asked them to try with a different browser ? This should make it work if the issue is what I said.

    Hi. Yes. We have asked them to try different browsers as well. Unfortunately we are not seeing any improvements even after they clear their browser cache.
