    Hi, do you have a cache plugin installed? Can you check the plugins log files under Dashboard?

    Hi. I’m using W3 cache plugin but I don’t see where to access the logs for it. Now that I think of it, I think all the sites that I’m suddenly having this captcha issue with are using W3. Hmmm.

    I did some testing and it’s something with W3. I disabled W3 and re-enabled login captcha and it worked fine. As soon as I enabled W3 the login captcha no longer works.

    Ideas?

    Unfortunately I don’t use W3. What settings do you have activate in W3? It is one of those features that is causing the conflict with the captcha in this plugin.

    I’ll have to go through all my W3 settings and see if I can figure out what setting is suddenly causing this. The only changes I’ve made is update W3 and All in One.

    That is a great idea. Once you find out which setting is the culprit in W3, can you share it here. This will help others who are also using W3.
