We had an error on this plugin

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘=’ in /var/www/vhosts/sample.com/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/Tribe/Views/V2/View.php on line 421

I already tried updating, and downgrading the plugin, and used the same versions on the other website using this plugin, the PHP version is also the same on the other website, I also tried disabling all of the plugins except this plugin, using the default WordPress theme however it still has the issue. The issue only occurs on the default WP login page, but if you are already in the dashboard and activate the plugin you can still freely access the administrator backend.

Can you please tell, what are the possible root of this issue?

Tried versions of the plugin 6.0.2 to 6.0.5
    WordPress version 6.0.2
    PHP version 7.4.23
Custom Theme (I also tried using the default WordPress theme but the error still occurs)

Edit 1: Specific Login page – which is the default login page of WordPress /wp-admin
Edit 2: No caching is currently installed.
