Login Page Issues

Hello,

I am having issues with my login page for a shop site that I currently have up on the web.

1) The one issue is that when some people log into the site, the page just refreshes. Technically they are logged in and can just hit the “back to blog” link and be taken to the home page or their account page. I know what I am doing when that happens, but for customers, I don’t want them thinking the site isn’t working and then leave.

2) The second issue is related to the lost password link. When clicked on, it just refreshes the page as well. It changes the URL, but doesn’t help with changing the password. I know that it’s supposed to change the login form to be able to enter in an email address and receive a new password. I recently just removed the link all together because I would rather not use it than have it not work at all.

Any help with these issues would be amazing. Any fast and quick help would be even better, as time is of the essence.
