Hi Jennifer, just to confirm with you. Are you currently using the plugins captcha in the login page?

Do you have a cache plugin installed? Are you currently using any eCommerce plugin like WooCommerce?

Can you check the plugins log files?

Have you carried out a compatibility test? For example; disable all other plugins except this one, then carry out a test? Did you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Seventeen?

    Kind regards

Hi! If I understand your question correctly, yes, I have the captcha enabled on the page that asks a mathematical equation question to move on. This does not produce errors when answered correctly, but I still cannot advance to the WP inside pages.
I am not using WooCommerce or any other eCommerce program on my site. My WP page is just a blog – not using it for the whole site. And I don’t believe I have a cache plugin installed.
All other plugins are currently disabled. In order for me to get back in after enabling the AIOWPS plugin, I required my hosts’ tech support help to disable the plugin!
No, I cannot change themes – I am using “intrepidity” as the theme as it matches the rest of my site’s design.
I think I answered all of your questions. If not, please let me know and I’ll clarify/respond again.
    Thanks for your help!

Can you clarify the above further please.

And I don’t believe I have a cache plugin installed.

Do you know if your host is using a cache system in your server? Do you know if you are using CDN?

    Thank you

The captcha is a math question – ie. 2+four=. Does that answer your question?

Don’t know. How can I find out?

It is the above that I need more information about. You say that you answer the captcha question correctly but you can’t advanced to the WP inside pages. Do you mean that even though you answer is correct, you still can’t log into your site as administrator? Is this correct? Did you try deleting the browser cache?

Don’t know. How can I find out?

Can you get in contact with your host and asked them please.

    Thank you

That is correct – the page just reloads to the login page. No error message, no indication anything is wrong. I have tried from my phone, separate browsers, even my host’s tech support tried – no luck. When we disabled the plugin, I was able to access the page with the credentials, just not through the AIOWPS plugin which had to be deactivated for me to access my WP pages.

Don’t know. How can I find out?

Will check with them. What is CDN though? I know my developer put me on Cloudflare – does that make a difference?

    Thank you

    Cloudflare is a CDN service.

I look forward to your reply regarding your host using a cache system or not.

Yes, to quote the support person at my host: “We do have endurance cache Jennifer.”

Hi, can you enable the plugin and make sure you disable the following Enable Captcha On Registration Page.

This is located under WP Security -> User Registration -> Registration Captcha.

Once you have done the above make sure you save your settings. Then try again. You should be able to log into your admin site without a problem.

I suspect that your issue might be coming from the cache plugin in your server. Or maybe the issue is coming from Cloudflare.

Let me know how you go.

    Regards

Hi! I did as you said, but am now locked out again. I cannot disable anything without first activating the plugin. Once I activate, I get locked out and forced to go through the new login with the captcha form on the login page, blog-wp-admin instead of the normal wp-login. How do I go about getting back in and getting the captcha removed without me having problems requiring me to either remove the plugin entirely (which I might need to do, but not happy about it) or waiting on hold with my hosting provider for tech support to remove the lock?
    Thank you!

Hi, try the following plugin. This plugin will allow you to reset all the settings in AIOWPS.

So I’m going to lose all of the settings I had before then, right? Just want to be sure I know what I’m doing before I do it. Thanks!

I tried uploading and activating the plugin and got the following errors:

Hi, are you login in as an administrator? I have seen this issue before. In most cases it is related to the database. You need to speak to your host about this issue. Or if you have a database backup, restore the database but remember that you will loose anything you have done after the date of the database backup.
