    Update: ISSUE RESOLVED!

    I poked around out website, and noticed that the calendar I had short coded onto one of the pages was not working properly. This calendar is powered by the Event Organizer plugin.

    After reading this support thread, I decided to first try deactivating the Event Organizer plugin I was using for the calendar. As it was having an issue already, thought this might be a red flag and linked to my issue at hand. And indeed it was.

    As instructed by the support thread above, to reset your plugins, I took this one step further and went directly to my “event_organizer” folder, and renamed it with the .hold at the end of the file name. After I did this, the login page was now working again. I was able to login to the WP dashboard to edit my website. Hooray! I then went back to the “event_organizer” folder and removed the .hold, and all problems solved!

    The calendar plugin is working again and I’m able to access our wp dashboard once again. A big thank you to James Huff, aka. MacManX, for the great support of us WP users!! Your AWESOME!!

    And hopefully this thread may help someone else out! Because I know for a while there I was getting a little nervous… Take a deep breath, and keep chugging at it; odds are there is a solution out there.
