Login page restricted

I successfully set up Content Control in one of my websites which uses WP login. However when I set it up on another website which uses the ProfilePress Lite plugin for login, that login page is redirected to the home page which is how I set up Content Control redirect (with no login ability on the home page). So now I cannot login to fix the settings. Disabling your plugin through the backend will not help since I won’t be able to re-enable the plugin to fix the settings without getting into the same problem. Where are the settings stored so I can fix them directly through FTP or the database? Or is there another way to fix this?
