Login problem

Hi UM worked great until a weak ago, now I have problems with login page. (it may have something to do with qtranslate-x plugin (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/qtranslate-x/) I used in order to make a japanese version of the site a weak ago. (I deactivated it and it still doesn’t work like it used to)

I have set up the login page to be here makoto.hr/clanovi (this is a page that is only accessible to members so it automatically redirects to login page)
version of wordpress I am using: 4.2.17

PROBLEM:
If a user tries to go directly to a member only part of the site makoto.hr/clanovi the login is shown but it registers a login only after user has tried to login several times (3+ times). Before it registers a login it keeps showing the login page without an error message or anything.

edit: I managed to “fix” the problem by simply adding a login menu to the frontpage.
I would like a proper solution in order to remove “login” menu from the frontpage
