    Hi Luca,

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause. I think it’s probably to do with 2-factor verification plugin you set up.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    Hi Niall, thanks for your reply. Unfortunately what you’re suggesting sound not clear, cause I am probably not that expert.

    I am afraid I can cause more damages to my website moving around the way you suggested.

    Is there a way a WordPress expert can check my website?

    Hi Niall,

    2 weeks are gone and I am still having the same problem: my site has disappeared. I tried writing on th Italian forum and I tried again in the english one but didn’t get anywhere. I also asked professionals for help but didn’t get any answer:

    Would you perhaps be able to help me further?

    Hello Luca,

    I read your original post again. It seems that the 2 factor verification plugin is causing this issue. Could you please try disabling that plugin by following the instructions here: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/disable-wordpress-plugins/? This process shouldn’t cause further problems on your site.
