    Can you please confirm that you’re using the latest version 2.1.15 and not 2.1.5?

    I´m sorry I don´t know, But the problem started last year in autoumn. So thats the one I´m using. I tried all ather updates but everyone causes the login problem.
    The zip-file name is: ultimate-member.2.1.5.zip

    Hi @ampawe

    Please try the latest version 2.1.15 and see if you are still having issues. Ensure that you’ve created a full backup of your site before you upgrade so that you can restore your site when there’s an issue with the latest version and want to rollback to the previous version.

    I tried but it didn¨´t work I get thid message:
    ERROR: The username or password you entered is incorrect. Lost your password?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late response.

    This may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

    Thank you for your help.
    I did the “conflict test” and found the problem.
    I was the Plugin “reCaptcha by BestWebSoft” that was the problem.
    I changed to “Invisible reCaptcha” and now it´s working!!!!
