Login Problems

Hello,

For some time I have been having problems logging into WP on a site that was formerly functional. With Chrome or Foxfire i go to …/wp-admin/ type user/password and it reloads the login screen without giving a failure notice. This just repeats and repeats. I am however able to login with IE. Not sure what is going on. . . normally I would say it is either my system or Norton, but the same issue is occuring on two different computers running Win7 and another with MacOS.

Any thoughts or suggestions? I tried to search as best I could for any existing posts, sorry if this is a repeat.
