Can you explain what exactly happens that you can’t login? Do you get error messages? white screen?

Can you confirm for me what all login protection and user management settings you have enabled?

With the ‘forceOff’ file in place, the plugin should do nothing and you should be able to browse all the settings to see what is “on”.

This plugin completely uninstalls itself by deleting database and options when you remove it. However, you must click the option to delete all options on the ‘Dashboard’ section. The reason this isn’t turned on by default is because most time people don’t what to remove all options when a plugin is deactivated.

    Thanks,
    Paul.

I wonder if Marklcm is using LastPass or something similar? When I updated the plugin it now has a check box that asks are you human? If you have auto login on a password manager it’s going to miss that check box every time and lock you out after a certain number of attempts. Food for thought.
