Login Problems with Firefox, Chrome, Opera

The only browser I can login to WordPress is Internet Explorer. However, nothing is working right in the Theme. I have purchased 4 different themes and all show missing Icons and other problems with woocommerce. I have updated all plugins, themes, wordpress, wordfence etc and I still have the login problem. I contacted my tech support for bluehost.com my server and they have not found the problem. And they do not support WordPress anyway. HELP
