Login redirect issue

Hello,

We already use WordPress Firewall Plugin and Rename Wp-login.php plugin.
Since the firwall plugin is old and rename wp-login is unmaintained, we wanted to switch to thisplugin which gives both the options.

So, deactivated both the plugins and activated this plugin.

After enabling login protextion found that we cant use rename wp-login module as it says it is not supported for WPMS – we use Worpdress MU.
So we are still going to use the rename wp-login.php plugin.

Also, THIS IS THE REAL ISSUE. When we try logging in it gives a blank page and not redirecting to the wp-admin page. it stops in wp-login page itself. The redirection to wp-admin works fine if we disable this plugin.
Any clue why this is happening?.
