Login redirect loop

    I am having an issue with a login redirect loop.

    Vitals:
    Site: wokafm.com
    WP Version: 4.1.4

    Only recent update was to the content of an AdRotate plugin. It was working fine until I logged out. The content displays as expected on the site, however, I can no longer log in.

    I tried renaming the plugins folder, themes folder, and htaccess, but still am unable to login. Contacted host, did not identify any issues.
