    Hi did you download the plugin locally and then tried to upload the plugin to your website?

    Or did you try to install it directly from the following URL?

    I downloaded it first then went to plugins to add new and selected the file

    the only way to add the plugin is uploading the file – it doesn’t allow you to use a url link

    Did you click on the link I provided above?

    You will see the plugin’s name. While you are logged into your website go to plugins and search for the plugin’s name. Once you find it simply install the plugin like you normally do.
