Login related problem

Hello friend,
I had installed “https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/profile-builder/”.
After the registration(https://www.neverpaymrp.com/registration/), got the verification link to the email, but that link is not working. it shows index of login.
plz have a look on this link “https://www.neverpaymrp.com/login/” and kindly suggest a solution for the same.
