Hey guys, I have Event Ticket Plus and have a Problem with my site alsways asking for a userlogin if clicking on the reservation button in my rsvp form. If I am logged in, everythings works fine. If I open the site via an rpivate browser window or somebody else without a wp-admin-login tries to reservat a ticket, they are asked to login to my page. Where is this damn Browser-PopUp(like a normal alert) coming from? Any hints?

(I of course unchecked the settings in Event Tickets Plus that says “ask for user login to be allowed to buy tickets”)

    thank you!

    Hi @jmkvr

    Thanks for your message.

It’s possible that there’s a conflict between one of your plugins/themes. To check this, would you be able to run a conflict test? I recommend doing this on a staging version of your website. Additionally, please ensure that you have the most recent version of the plugin installed.

Oh, I resolved it! For anyone who is having the same problem:

Make sure that you uncheck the Debug Mode in the Event Settings.
Events – Settings – Debugging – Debug Mode

    This solved the Problem. Yay!
