I hope you are doing good today.
Are you using any other plugin on your site which could affect Branda or which takes control over the login screen? I could not replicate this on my lab site.
This issue could be a plugin conflict. Would you please run a conflict test? Please deactivate all plugins except Branda and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to a default WordPress theme like 2019 and see if it works.
Before this test I recommend full site backup.
Kind Regards,
KrisHi, thanks for your quick response!
I’ve deactivated all plugins and switched the theme.
Sorry, doesn’t help. Then I’ve installed branda on an other website with a different theme and configuration.
The same issue. If you never heard of this issue and can’t replicate this: that’s strange.
I don’t know what else to do. But if you’re interestet in figure out this issue I can offer you access to a copy of one of these websites. In that case let me know.If you never heard of this issue and can’t replicate this: that’s strange.
I don’t know what else to do. But if you’re interestet in figure out this issue I can offer you access to a copy of one of these websites. In that case let me know. Both websites are on the same server?
Do you have any obkect cache on the server? If so, can you try to flush the object cache and check if the issue is gone?
Best Regards
Patrick FreitasDifferent Servers at different providers. Caching was flushed on one server. The other one has no caching.

Could you export the Branda Setting on Branda > Settings > Export?
Upload the file to Google drive and share using our secure form:
Could you please send me an email to [email protected] using this template:

Patrick FreitasThank you for the credentials, I found the issue.
The problem is happening when the language is set on the Branda:
https://monosnap.com/file/xINZAgBWD9DM8wkDQWXPn4WWP85TcOIf we use site default it will allow you to replace the string.
The issue didn’t show up on my website when I imported the Branda settings because I use only one language on the website, and I don’t have any other language configured for the user.
You can switch the option and it should work as expected. I’m also reporting this problem to our developers.
Let us know if you need any further help on this.
Best Regards
Patrick FreitasI hope you are doing well.
We haven’t heard from you in a while, I’ll mark this thread as resolved.
However, feel free to let us know if you have any additional question or problem.
Best Regards
Patrick FreitasAs I said in our eMail discussion:
It works with this settings only, if the backend language is set to „English“. My sites are set to „German“ and in this case it won’t help out.
So your team has to find a solution for that. But I’m glad to see that we are a step further now!Hello @meisterleise ,
Just to make sure we are on the same page: your site’s default language is German and it doesn’t work when you use Site Default option?
kind regards,
Kasia@kasia
That’s right.Helo @meisterleise,
We are yet to hear back from the team about it. We would update you once we have an update on it. I appreciate your patience here.
Thank you,
