Registration screen doesn’t work

    I’m new at this and have tried to fix this several ways. I installed the plugin and I believe I entered what I needed to in order to have a registration page made. It looks like it’s supposed to, but after I submit everything, it says I’m missing necessary fields. Not sure what I’m doing wrong?
