Login to plugin settings

What information should I enter in the login form in the settings of the universal plugin (I have a website on CMS LiveStreet)? I went through everything I can (site administrator account, your resource account, WordPress account, as well as all these logins with your access key). With all my attempts, the system says that I entered an incorrect username / password pair.
