Login URL

I have a custom login page that I would like to use with the “Redirect / Return” option instead of the wordpress dashboard login URL.

Where can I change this in the code? Is there a page I can add to my theme to override?

I realize that I can select the “Custom URL” option, but I really want them returned after login.
