Login Using Default Login Module Error

Hi,
I have a problem using the Default Login Module. Every time I enter my login credentials and hit enter or press Login button, I’m having an error message. (<!DOCTYPE html><html lang=”en-NZ” prefix=”og: http://ogp.me/ns#”><head><meta charset=”UTF-8″><meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1″>…….</script> </body></html>). It’s not directing to the default landing page. When I enter wrong credentials it says wrong password or email. I’m only having this error when I enter the correct credentials then whenever I click another tab I’m already logged in but when I go back to the page where the [wp_support_plus] shortcode is it still prompts me to login. which is weird
Same Problem when I’m using WP login link. (This only happens occasionally) When I try to login, and enter the correct credentials I’m logged in but when I go clicked home tab/link I’m not logged in but when I click on other tabs I’m logged in.
Please help me with this. Thanks
