Login using TML with TFA requires two button clicks

Firstly thanks for a great plugin.

I have TFA v1.3.3 and I’ve just tried updating the Theme My Login plugin from v6.4.16 to v7.0.10. Now, when trying to login as a user that doesn’t have TFA enabled, when I click the login button I just get the spinner icon and have to click a second time to actually login.

Dev tools console reports the following after the first click:
JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1
tfa.js?ver=1.3.3:128 Simba TFA: form submit request
tfa.js?ver=1.3.3:67 Simba TFA: User does not have OTP enabled: submitting form

For users that do have TFA enabled it all works fine.
