I am trying to add jetpack for my client website as their host does backups via jetpack. When i go to create a jetpack account via wordpress.com it sends a verification code but it is always wrong. We have tried multiple times with almost instant input of the code but it is just sending me round and round in loops and I can’t create an account.

Hello @webzang – could you please contact us from the form here and share the email address using which you are trying to set the WordPress.com account?

It also sounds like you purchased the Jetpack plan for your site through your hosting provider. Please include the site address in the form above as well.
