Login Widget with Shortcode – remove "Howdy"

I am using this plugin on the homepage (lower righthand side) to log in to a private members area. Once a user is logged in, the login form shows the message “Howdy, [username]”. (This is also in the upper lefthand side of the Members area.

I was successful in changing the word “Howdy” to “Welcome” on the main dasboard, but how do I do it here. I really don’t think the greeting “Howdy” is appropriate for my website.
