login with ajax conflicts itheme security

    My theme is based on login with ajax plugin in order to manage login and registration flowing, so that plugin must be installed after theme, however setting up ithemes security plugin, need to use two factor authentication and recaptche either while login pc or mobile. Login or registration has started to issues confliction errors after entered password,no permission to login dashboard in any user because the two times authentication mode is open.Standart wp-login has no problem when so that any user can login using ithemes authentication mode feature.
    how to enable itheme security mode while using login with ajax plugin ?

    Do you know if there is some code that needs to be (or could be) added to the Login With Ajax templates to integrate the iThemes plugin?
