The reCAPTCHA on those pages is not created by our plugin as far as I can tell 🙁 Mainly because we don’t support that contact form so it would definitely not show a captcha there.
You might have a 2nd reCAPTCHA plugin installed as well as Advanced Google reCAPTCHA and on the login page, where both would try to add and verify their captcha they conflict with each other and fail. Try disabling Advanced Google reCAPTCHA and see if both forms work.

Well, normally WP Forms should only load it on the forms, I don’t see why it’s loading anything on the login page. I don’t have any ideas. I added to my ToDo list to check but we’re swamped at the moment so I can’t tell you when I will be able to check 🙁
