login=failed

I downloaded the plugin and tried it out and it worked fine – we just decided we didn’t need a custom login page at this time. So, I deactivated and uninstalled the plugin. Now I can’t seem to get into my site’s backend. When I type littlesponges.org/wp-admin, I get directed to the sites front page, and the url says:http://littlesponges.org/?login=failed

How can I fix this? My client has managed WordPress hosting through Godaddy, so I haven’t been able to look back there, though I think I can set up Filezilla and take a look. Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!
