I think you would need to either:
Manually hardcode the front-end mark up into your navigation
Use jQuery to append the login/out form into your navigation and then restyle the css

There are two ways to do so. First, you may simply call in the shortcode in your theme.
Or you may add a header widget area to your theme, and then use our FEUP login/logout toggle. The toggle could be used by default in the primary sidebar or the footers also. 🙂
