Good day, I have been using the Loginpress plugin for some time with satisfaction. Suddenly I no longer have to log in to our employee website. I have reactivated the plugin, but I can still access our website without logging in. What am I doing wrong?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @bunic000,

I could not understand your query well. Do you mean you were using LoginPress Pro’s “Force Login” feature to restrict users from accessing your site without logging in?

Can you provide more details or explain the issue again so I can understand better? Thanks!

good morning, sorry for my confusion. Yes, I have been using the free version of Loginpress for a long time, with which our employees must log in before they can access the website. So the employee goes to http://www.login.medical-ameland.nl (now put on maintenance) and has to enter a password and username and then goes to the website. I reinstalled the plugin. Your manual states that the plugin only needs to be activated, but then nothing happens, you can then “just” visit the website without a password or username. Am I doing something wrong? I didn’t change anything but suddenly it was like this.

No worries! Thanks for clarifying again.

Firstly, this feature is in the LoginPress Pro plugin, so you might be using some other plugin for it. Also, I think this issue is resolved now, as I am redirected to the login page when trying to open the site (http://www.login.medical-ameland.nl/).
