    Hi, is it possible to create logistical units for the products, in this case assign a number to each product (1, 4 or 8) and then have the order details show this as a separate field – if possible even count them all together and ideally even divide the result by 8? I know it seems like a lot to ask for but thought I would ask anyway! This would help our packing staff massively.

    Yes, assigning a unique number to each product and showing it as a separate field in the order details is possible. This can be achieved using the WooCommerce Product Add-Ons extension. This extension allows you to add custom fields to your product page, which can be used to display the unique number you want to assign to each product.

    However, for the functionality of counting all the numbers together and dividing the result by 8, this might require some custom coding. We have many partners in our WooCommerce Experts program who could help with this customization.
