    Thanks for your feedback.

    You can setup your logo following this steps:

    1. Login and go to your Dashboard,
    2. Go to Appearence
    3. Go to Customize
    4. Go to Site Identity

    Please, take a look at the image:

    How Add the logo image

    The upload logo job is 100% managed by wordpress. Check if your WordPress is updated to the last version.

    When you do that, play attention if show up some wordpress error message, like folder not writable or not disk space available.

    Please, let me know if you are unable to upload your logo.
