Logo doesn’t show up

    Hi,

    we have two different types of sendings.
    First is Deutsche Post without any Trackingnumber and second is DPD with tracking number.
    It’s working that the tracking number shows up in the mailings but name and Logo don’t shop up. How can we fix that?

    And for Deutsche Post the Logo and name also doesn’t show up.

    Hi, AST is a shipment tracking plugin, it will not work without tracking number. You can read more about on the shipping providers list on the documentation
