Make sure you’ve entered a value for the “Organization Banner URL” under the SSO > Essential > Google / Schema tab, and that the image is exactly 600x60px.
The help popup for that option says:
“A URL for this organization’s banner image — measuring exactly 600x60px — that Google News can use for Schema Article content from this publisher. This option is localized — you may change the WordPress locale to define alternate values for different languages.”

The issue is resolved – you’ve been given the solution. You may use Photoshop or any other image editing software to create a 600x60px banner.

I have made the changes but a different error shows up

Did you forget to clear the cache after saving the settings? Did you not see this notice?
Plugin settings have been saved. Note that some caches may take several days to expire and reflect these changes (or Clear All Caches now).
