  • I had faced this issue. It is not actually an issue. The customizer has multiple logo settings. One is for sticky header, one is for mobile (retina) header etc. Please ensure you replace logo in all places. I hope this helps.

    Hi

    Don’t go on customize ,
in astra theme they have themeoption

    Address will be
    Apperance > theme option
    or
in Admin sidebar you will see the option , don’t use customize.

if above formula not works then use shortcut method below:
    1. install filemanager plugin
    2. check default address of logo
    3. go to that address and replace the image file with same name

and clear all cache and check

thanks, @wpcoworker, and @ankush4475 I tried what you suggested but the logo remains unchanged. I don’t know what’s happening I installed Astra theme and tried to import demo theme using the one-click import plugin but it asks to upload files manually unable to get the Astra demo template I am forced to use elementor’s template (growth marketing)
and in the case of logo error is this astra theme’s fault or it’s elementor’s template fault who knows?
