Logo missing?

Hi there,

I have just moved from local to live and have got a test site live here:

There are obviously a few problems, but the main one that wasn’t there in the local site is that the logo isn’t showing now in the header. It is just a ‘?’ as it is in the media library. Also when I try and upload any media via the dashboard in the live site it just shows up with a ‘?’.

My uploads are stored in /wp-content/uploads/2012.

I’d really appreciate anyone’s help.
