Logo missing on .Pdf

    Hi,

    Cant get logo to show, when i download and open a pdf invoice.

    uploaded it both ways and still no good. turned down all security options in cpanel.

    im on a shared host and their support says the below.

    Hopefully there is a fix to this without having to upgrade to an expensive dedicated servier as i really wanna use this plugin.

    We would not investigate issues in-website or with Plugins/Themes etc.; rather this would be for your Web Developer to troublsehoot and determine the root cause.

    However, if I was to hazard a guess it is possible that the plugin is trying to use a system function that is not allowed – like exec() or similar, and those are disabled as they are a security risk in a Shared Hosting environment. 

    If that is the case then you would have to move and host the website on your own Cloud VPS – one you would manage and configure as required, so then you can allow all functions required.

    Aside from this:

    • There is some un-addressed bug in that plugin.
    • There is some bug/error occurring elsewhere in the site that is stopping this part functioning correctly.
