    Is there a special configuration (file format, size, etc.) to display the company logo in the “simple” template? When I integrate a logo it is displayed with the “default” template but it does not appear with the “simple” template

    Hi @ericbourges,

    Please make sure that you have enabled the “Company Logo” setting on the “Templates” tab present at WooCommerce -> Settings -> Invoice. When the Simple template is enabled, this setting needs to be enabled to show the logo on the invoice/delivery notes/receipt.

    Yes, “Company Logo” is activated of course.
    What appears on the preview is only a “broken link” icon

    Yes this is also happening to me too. The logo appears in position when using the ‘default template’ but if you want to use the ‘simple template’ the logo just appears as a broken link image, please can this be fixed a.s.a.p.
