Logo not loading after activating autoptimize

Hello,

Logo is not loading after activating autoptimize plugin, even if i deselected each and everything in autoptimize plugin still default logo not load, unless i deactivate that plugin. I had to design custom header to make logo load with autoptimize plugin but that mess up things some times unless i clear cache. what can be problem please resolved it.
