Hello. I’m trying to use the Shrink Logo feature of your plugin (see screenshot below). But my logo stays the same size after scroll. Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?
I should note that other features _do_ work, e.g. change background color after scroll.
I’m happy to allow you admin access to my site. But you’ll need login credentials. Do you have a secure way for me to share those with you?
Thanks in advance.
The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
I tried accessing the link you shared, but it redirects to the login page, so I’m unable to view the site.
Could you please disable the redirection temporarily so we can check it from our side? Also, it would help if you could share a screenshot of the settings you’ve configured for the shrinking logo.
Just a quick note: as per the ww.wp.xz.cn forum guidelines, site credentials shouldn’t be shared here. But feel free to share the relevant screenshots and URL, and we’ll guide you step by step from there.

I checked the header and noticed the logo being used there is the Favethemes site logo. You can see it here: https://prnt.sc/NDJzpWyR_EPd
Because of that, the Sticky Header Shrink feature won’t apply to it. For the shrinking effect to work, the logo needs to be added using Elementor’s Image widget inside the header template.
Please try replacing the current logo with an Image widget. The shrink effect should start working after that.
If anything still doesn’t behave as expected, feel free to share a screenshot of the header structure in Elementor and I’ll take a closer look with you.
