you can find below the answers about these issues
> ‘Support’ is the default text which been displayed when no agent connected. Also there is a bug and in some cases it doesn’t change when an agent connects to the chat. This will be fixed within our next release.
> It is not possible to customize the time format , in the latest version date and time uses 24h for hours and YYYY/MM/DD as date format.
> Agent’s Join message will be fixed within our next release and it will change to “Agent [WP User Display Name] joined the chat”
> Also the error with special characters in Tools is already fixed and it will be part of our next release.

– Support is still displayed when agent is connected. Waiting for the update.
– For the date it’s a problem. Can’t it use wordpress local format ? for us : DD/MM/YYYY
– Will it be possible to change “agent” with another word? We don’t have agent but “conseillers”. That doesn’t mean the same…

– Special caracters problem is solved in Tools for the messages. But now that’s navigation who has problems
– at the end of chat, these sentences are not translated, and we can’t find them in PO file :

“joined the chat” when agent connects is not translated, but we can find “has joined the chat.” in PO file.
– I found “Support”. It is a string in PO file translated in french by the same word. There seems to be no link with users
