Logo problem header (update: no problem anymore)

Hello,

I have a problem with my header. I try to change my logo (currently the ‘s’). I would like to change it to my new logo (simplysietske). I’ve read https://docs.themegrill.com/knowledgebase/changing-removing-logo-image-in-zakra/, but can’t find those settings and other ways won’t work.
Is there anyone who knows how to solve this?
