logo running into menu items

I must be an idiot. Tried really hard to find this in the list of already asked questions but unable to do so. My site is grouplegalplanservices.com and I am using Striking. I have corrected everything except the main issue which is that the logo runs into the menu selections on what I guess would be called the title bar. I went to Striking General settings, where the logo picture is embedded. I removed it, then uploaded a new image that had been resized. It does not change the look/size of it on the title bar. Giving up the resizing option, I decided perhaps I could just correct the left margin – there is far too much space to the left of the logo. Frankly I am not sure if this space is part of the logo, or the left margin. Nonetheless, I can’t find the style.css for this portion of the template. Not sure I could find the setting even if I found the css file, but please give me a clue on how I can find a way to move the logo further to the left of the menu items. That seems to be a better answer than reducing the size of it. Thank you in advance.
