Up to date on Version 3.6.2
To fix the missing logo schema in the Structured Data markup added to the site, I filled in all fields except ContactPoint.
I see other fields SameAs populated but not Logo even though I have specified a URL for it (an existing URL on the site, I did not upload).
I tried making a minor change and resaving the page. Different Browsers, Structured Data Testing Tool, still an error.
    Thanks.

    Hey Kathy,

What is the URL of the image you’ve selected as Organization Logo? Can you post a screenshot perhaps?

    Sure.
    The logo URL: https://webenso.com/wbb/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/webenso-favicon.png

I’m not sure how to attach a screenshot. But here’s dropbox link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/9n5xpejvzdj04vu/logo-example-error.png?dl=0

I’m wondering I should just upload another copy of the image to “prompt” the plugin to include the URL in the schema.

    Hey Kathy,

I had a quick look at our code and I’m wondering whether it has anything to do with the fact that your /wp-content/ is nested inside another directory called “wbb”. That is quite uncommon.

In order to verify this, please go to the Appearance > Customize > Site Identity and set your logo there. We use the theme logo as a fallback if WordPress isn’t able to convert your logo URL to the corresponding Post object (attachment page).

The logo URL was already set in Appearance > Customize > Site Identity

As I suspected, clicking on the upload button and uploading another copy of the image fixed the problem. You have a bug where it ignores a URL that is typed into the field.

I don’t think it has anything to do with my WP being in a separate directory but of course anything is a possible. FYI, this is documented by the WP Codex (search on “Putting WordPress in its own directory”) so it’s not anything I came up with on my own.

Hmmm, strange. Typing a URL into the field should work just fine. We’ll keep an eye on this. In any case, I’m glad that you were able to fix the issue!
