Logo size

I used this code which I found in another thread to make the logo slightly bigger in this site: http://oscasa.com
The problem is that the header(white area) increase in height to 100px, but the actual logo stay smaller, even though I uploaded the logo with the same height, 100px. How do i fix this? thanks
