• I have created a page called “home” which I have added as a menu page.

When I click on the logo at the top of the page it directs me to a different landing page and I want it to direct me to the actual home page I have created.

I am a complete novice with HTML so please can someone explain a simple method for resolving this.

  • WordPress by Default shows your latest posts on the homepage but you can create another page with static content and make that your homepage.

This setting can be found under Settings > Reading > Static Homepage or Appearance > Customise > Homepage settings

You can additionally create another page called blog (or whatever you wish to call it) and set it as the page to list your latest posts.

Hi, sorry if I wasn’t clear, but that is not what I am looking for.

I am happy for posts to be displayed etc. I have created my own menu which consists of:

    Home | Blog | Contact | About

The links all work etc. However, when I click the logo at the top, it takes to a different page which I assuming is a default homepage.

I want the logo to take me to the “home” tab I added in the menu.
